Project: Empower Elderly Every Day - 3E
Through
a radical person-centered perspective the projects aim is to develop a
person-centred IT-platform that supports active elderly persons with chronic diseases by
offering different types of e-services that may be of assistance to
these people in their daily lives.
This projects aim is based on the results of known projects and research in Sweden as "the Value-based process of health (värdeskapande vårdprocesser, VVP) and the big research-platform "Gothenburg University of Person-Centred Care", GPCC.
We are now looking for interface with "the third country".
