Prémalliance is the first non-profit group for complementary social coverage in Southeast France. It represents 500 000 retiress and participates to the construction and management of EHPAD (Retirement Homes for Dependent Old People). Prémalliance cooperates on the field with the various social and medical authorities concerned (Councils, Town Social Care Services, Social Security Regional Services, hospitals, retirement homes...).

Our joint offer: ensure the end-user involvement along the entire development process of your product and/or service

- Bring end-users: Adebag and Prémalliance are in contact with local authorities who manage elderly persons' issues, complementary retirement organisms, tele-assistance service provider, retirement homes. Prémalliance represents 500 000 retirees.

- Guaranty of the implementation of the methodology to involve the end-users

Since last April, Adebag is the animator of the e-Care Lab in Rhône-Alpes which is part of the European Network of Living Lab (ENOLL). e-Care Lab promotes the Living Lab approach in the healthcare sector through an operational co-creation platform at the interface between care organizations ("patient follow-up") and medico-social technical procedure ("related medical device"). The overall aim is to:

  • Make the user actor of his/her own health and his/her quality of life
  • Link in a comprehensive and iterative way users (citizens or patients) and medical practitioners.
  • Place at the core of the e-Care Lab the pair user/healthcare professional

e-Care Lab offers a large spectrum of platforms for testing and user involvement which enables a graduated validation from the pilot experiment through clinical validation and socio-economic conditions to the experiment of real life. The Living Lab methodology is a user-driven innovative process. It will help to adapt services' Prémalliance to users.

- Bring services already used by elderly persons:

  • Management of the "Sortir Plus" (going out) plan for 75 and older, needy people in 8 departments through local homecare associations on behalf of the AGIRC-ARRCO GIE (private pension)
  • Annual organization in Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble, Lyon, Marseille and Toulouse of the Well Being Village, regional event with non-drug approaches for a healthier retirement (in 2010 Marseille insisted on highlighting gerontechnologies)
  • Providing a toll free number to inform retirees on available homecare (Parteo Dom)
  • Organization of conferences bringing together the public and professionals ("Prevention of suicide among elderly people", "Sleep, from normal to pathological", "Osteoporosis", "Life after mourning",...)

The purpose would be to gather all these services (and/or others) on a self-serve platform for elderly person.

- Bring expertise for defining business model by being the intermediary between users and stakeholders (prescriber, financing, organisms) in order to reach a consensus about pricing and reimbursement issues.
