ConnectedCare is a new spin-off company in which designers and researchers from Delft University of Technology collaborate with industry towards developing innovative communication concepts to support independent living. Academic research in Industrial Design Engineering and ICT is linked to commercial product development, with a clear focus on people: seniors, family caregivers and professional caregivers.
ConnectedCare has a strong network in The Netherlands, and works closely together with industry, service providers and care organizations. In research projects, ConnectedCare can contribute in terms of design (concept development), implementation (software development, prototype building), end user involvement and field testing.
