Kristin S. Fuglerud (MSc) has worked at the research institute Norwegian Computing Center (NR) from 2001. From 2006 she has been the head of the research area e-inclusion/universal design. Her research interests include universal design, accessibility, inclusive design, design for all, human computer interaction, user centred systems development and participatory design. Kristin has been project leader in a number of national projects and responsible for user investigations in the EU project Diadem. Kristin has experience from cooperating with private and public entities and various user organizations. She has worked closely with different user groups such as physically impaired including visually impaired, people with cognitive challenges as well as elderly. Kristin also has many years of experience with systems specification and development and as a project manager in the Norwegian ICT industry and within the public sector.
